My name is Colin Ryne Jackson and I’m a native Tennessean with a passion for great portrait art.

While having received some collegiate training in art at Vol State and MTSU, I am mostly self-taught. I am a strong proponent of enhancing life through continuous learning, and my work is the fruit of the enjoyment I’ve gotten from years of thorough practicing.

 

 In my professional life my artistic skills have been put to use all over downtown Nashville, the TN State Capitol, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Nashville Federal Court House. I’ve done work for local and federal municipalities, the US Air Force, multiple churches, banks, and law offices.

My belief is that God has many roles that He shares with us, and among them is His love of creating. Furthermore, among all of the wonderful things He’s created, I believe some of us are drawn to create specific parts of His world. I happen to love painting people.

So, I want to paint your people. The best way I can think of to share my gift is to provide you with a hand-painted beautiful memory you can treasure as a keepsake, or offer as a gift to someone you care about. A portion of every single purchase will go to Christ-serving charities that care for those in need.
